I’ve been back in the clinic for a couple months now and things are going well! One thing is clear though. We all need to find ways to relieve stress.


Acupuncture is just what the doctor (should) order during these stressful, uncertain times. It is undeniably effective at relieving stress. An acupuncture treatment can be like hitting the reset button. It calms the nervous system and helps people feel grounded, centered, and like themselves again.


I’ve also noticed that the lack of normal exercise classes and going to the gym is starting to take its toll on people. Specifically on their low backs.
